Quilt III, A Partial Listing, completed in 2017 delves into the statistical data on lynching and racial violence, which is often murky and incomplete, as it has unfolded over the past 100+years. This quilt stands at 9.5 x 14.5 ft.

This is the third quilt in The Lynch Quilts Project series and is constructed of more than 7,500 1.5-inch blocks in a modified postage stamp quilt. The quilt tracks the number of individuals that died in lynching, race riots and other racially motivated acts of violence since 1865. Each color change between red, white and blue indicates a year. Purple squares represent women, while yellow and green are children under the age of 18 years old. Black square indicate the start of the year.
